Sure. The rental license is good for a specific period of time, a month or a year. Once the order is processed, time starts. Renewal is not automatic, however, if you would like it to be, we can set that up for you. The rental licenses are full functioning licenses with no limitations. The only purpose of the quantity such as 1-4, is for the annual option where if you are purchasing more than 4 licenses, you receive a quantity discount. Otherwise, you do not need to do anything with it.

V-Ray can float so if the users do not need it at the same time, then just get one. Otherwise, yes, leave the 1-4 as is and quantity of 2. Total should be $120.
